Return Policy

We want you to feel confident when purchasing an original work by Halin de Repentigny. Every painting is carefully inspected and packaged before shipping, and we take great care to ensure it arrives safely.

Damage during shipping

If your painting arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and artwork and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

If a painting is irreparably damaged in transit, we will refund the full purchase price, including the original shipping costs, once the damage has been documented and verified.

Colour and appearance

Every effort is made to photograph artwork as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, and display settings.

If an artwork has a significant flaw or condition issue that was not disclosed or visible in the listing photographs, please contact us and we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Changing your mind

If you change your mind after receiving your painting, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Returns must be arranged with us in advance. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Once the artwork has been safely returned in its original condition, we will refund the purchase price of the painting.
