Return Policy

I want you as a happy long term repeat customer and we will do everything we can to make sure you are as pleased as possible with your purchase.

I package all paintings with great care and attention to ensure they arrive safely. Should an item be damaged in transit, make note of the damage with the delivery agent and contact me at, within 48 hours of receipt. I will refund full purchase price plus shipping for any painting irreparably damaged in shipping providing the delivery agent is notified immediately of damage (It has never happened yet !!).

All art is photographed and checked for accuracy in terms of colours before it is posted on the website. Each computer monitor, tablet, or smartphone may depict a photograph with some variation in colour depending on the calibration of the screen. We are unable to provide refunds based on perceived colour differences. If there is an obvious flaw in the painting that we did not pick up during inspection and existence of the flaw is evident in our photography we will consider a refund or a touch up by me.
